What can you find in Risk & Environment?
Under Risk & Environment you get a collected picture of a property's environmental, climate-related and social risks. Here you can, among other things:
see an overall assessment of the property's risks, level by level
explore climate load, geological data and natural disasters that have occurred
At present, Climate load and geological data, Custom points and Natural disasters are available for Swedish properties only.
Overall assessment
In Overall assessment you get an overview of the property's risks within environment, climate, social factors and areas worthy of protection. The assessments are built on the Atrax model — an open and transparent model based primarily on the distance between the property and various risk areas, risk objects or areas worthy of protection.
How the risks are classified
An overall assessment is made for each risk area. The risks are classified at three levels, based on assessment criteria that are scored:
Low risk (green)
Medium risk (yellow)
High risk (red)

Important: The risk classification is indicative and deliberately conservative — the model would rather overestimate a risk than underestimate it. A risk that is first assessed as high may turn out to be low on closer analysis.
Risk index
Risk index gives you a quick overview of the property's environmental and climate risks on a scale from 0 (no risk) to 100 (maximum risk). The index is built on a weighted assessment of several risk factors, which makes it easy to compare different properties with each other. The weighting has not been produced by Atrax, but is based on the risk levels in the Atrax model.
How the different risk factors are weighted together into a combined risk index is described in Weighting for Risk Index.

Climate risk analysis
The climate risk analysis shows how climate-related risks may affect the property up to the year 2100 — and gives you a way to keep working with them. Here you can, among other things:
adjust risk levels based on what you know about the property yourself
add comments and documents for each risk
add proposed measures with cost, priority and expected year
To start an analysis, the property needs to be on a board with the Climate risk module activated.
