Urban development - Property card

What can you find under Urban development?

Under Urban development you get a collected picture of the plans, permits and infrastructure that affect the property and the area around it. Here you can, among other things:

  • explore detailed plans directly on the property

  • see building permits connected to the property and the area

  • find the nearest civil defence shelters, and see the electricity grid and transformer stations in the area

Detailed plans

Explore the municipalities' detailed plans (detaljplaner) directly on the property. Where a plan is available digitally, you get an AI-generated summary that quickly gives you an overview of the plan provisions, and you can click through to the actual plan map.

Coverage is expanded continuously, municipality by municipality.

Read more about which plans are available.

Building permits

Under Building permits you see building permit information connected to the property and its area.

Civil defence shelters

We show the five nearest civil defence shelters in relation to the property, based on the shelter map from MSB (the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency). This gives you a quick overview of the shelter options available in the area.

Electricity grid

Here you see the national grid and overhead regional grids in the area, together with transformer stations. The map does not show local grids or buried regional grids.

Project development

With Project development you follow construction and development projects in the area — from early planning stages through to completion. The data comes from Hubexo (Byggfakta). You can reach Project development both here from the property card and from the side menu.
