Education and Upbringing

Social Factors

Education and Upbringing describes children's and young people's educational and upbringing conditions in the area around a property — from preschool and school results to the transition to upper-secondary school and establishment in work or studies.

This dimension is one of the parts of Social Factors and is shown in the property card under Risk & Environment.

Important: The factor level (low, medium or high) is produced by Kliva based on statistical data and averages, and should be seen as an indication — not a definitive truth about an area. The function is in beta, so both the data and the weighting may be adjusted.
