How do you export data from Kliva?
It is often convenient to have all your data gathered in one place — but sometimes you need to get the information out for further use. In Kliva you can export from several places:
from a board in your Pipeline
from Advanced search, The rental map and Transactions
from Risk & Environment – Overall assessment
as a ready-made property report from the property card
Export from the Pipeline
Have you built a board in the Pipeline environment and need to get the data out? You can do that quickly and easily — choose between export in Excel or CSV.
Export from Advanced search, The rental map and Transactions
Have you filtered out properties and want to export your selection? You can pick out individual objects or export several at once.
Important: Due to requirements from our suppliers, the maximum limit is 1,000 objects per export. Have you made a search with more than 1,000 hits? Zoom in on part of the map and export that part, then take the next one.
Tip: create a property report
Do you need to compile information about a single property?
Go to the property card, click Reports and choose Property report in the top right corner. The report is a customisable Word document that you can download and fill with the content you want to include.
