Pipeline: Add Properties

Introduction

Before you can add properties, you need to have created a board. Read more about how to create your first board.

In Kliva you can add properties to your Pipeline in several different ways. Depending on how you work, you can bring them in from different parts of the platform.

To add properties from the Pipeline view, click + Add properties at the bottom of a list, or use the three dots in the top right corner of the list and then Import properties. Both lead to the same view.

From this view you can add properties in several ways: import from Excel, bring them in from other boards or lists, use search, or create virtual properties.

Excel list

Do you already have a list of properties in Excel? Then you can upload it directly and build your board from it.

For the properties to be matched against the right objects, your file needs to contain property designation and municipality. Download the example template available in the import view to see how the file should look.

Important: If the municipality and the property designation are in the same cell (for example Stockholm Sonfjället 1), you simply point out that one column. If they are in separate columns, tick Separate municipality and property designation and specify which column is which. Unmatched rows are usually caused by the wrong column being selected here.

Advanced search, The rental map and Transactions

Do you want to add a larger selection all at once? Filter out properties in Advanced search, The rental map or Transactions, select them in the table and add the entire selection straight to your board.

The property card

If you are in a property card, you can add the property to a board without leaving the page. Click '+ Add to Pipeline' at the top of the property card.

Hogia & Pigello

Do you use Hogia or Pigello as your property management system (PMS)? Then you can import the properties from there straight into your board, without going via an Excel file. The option appears as soon as you create a new board.

Support for importing properties directly from Pigello is on its way and will soon be available in the same way as Hogia.

Select the companies you want to import properties from. Then choose how the board should be structured, and whether the properties should be grouped by cost center.
