How do you get an overview of your portfolio?
Once the board is built and the properties are in place, it is time to explore, compare and understand your portfolio. Kliva offers several views that help you see the properties on a map, compare key figures side by side, follow transactions, and assess climate and environmental risks. Filters let you narrow the view to exactly what you want to focus on — for example a single list.
Filter
Filters are the hub of the overview — this is how you focus the board on the right properties, whichever view you are in. Click + Add filter to add one or more filters. You can filter by:
Property types — show only properties of a certain type.
Area — narrow down to a geographical area.
Virtual properties — include or exclude virtual properties.
Responsible — filter by who is responsible for the properties.
Property tags — show properties with specific tags.
List — show only properties from one or more lists, so you can focus on a single list without leaving the view.
The filters apply in all views — Columns, List and Map — and also affect what is shown in Compare key indicators, Transactions, and Climate, environment & social factors.

Views in the board
At the top of a board you can switch between three views:
Columns — the default view, with the properties sorted into their lists.
List — a table view where you can compare key figures for all properties on the board.
Map — a map view of all the properties on the board.
Don't forget that you can also export the entire board or a filtered selection.

Want to focus on part of your portfolio — for example a single list? You do that with the filters, which work in all three views.
Map view
In the map view you can change how the properties are displayed. Choose between:
Properties — each property is shown as a single point.
Property tags — the properties are colour-coded by their tags.
Lists — the properties are colour-coded by the list they belong to.
Property types — the properties are colour-coded by property type.
Directly from the map you can open Street View for a property and see it from street level. You can also jump between the properties on the board within the view, so you can quickly work through your portfolio without switching back to the list.
Hide nearby properties
In Properties mode you can tick Hide nearby properties to hide properties that do not belong to your board. This makes it easier to pick out your own properties on the map.
Adjust point size for tags and lists
In Property tags and Lists mode you can adjust the size of the points on the map using a size control.
Transactions
Under Transactions you see the deals that have taken place for the properties on your board — a quick picture of how the portfolio has turned over. You can switch between All transaction types, Corporate transactions and Registered transactions to control which are shown.

Climate, environment & social factors
The data is shown in the same view as the rest of the board, and you decide yourself which columns to display, so you can highlight exactly the climate, environmental and social values you are interested in. Want to focus on a subset — for example a single list? Narrow it down with the filters.
Drone view
At the bottom of the left-hand menu in a board you will find Drone view. Here you can fly around and inspect the properties in an interactive 3D environment. In Pipeline mode a small window is shown where you can easily jump between the properties on the board — handy when you want a visual sense of location and surroundings.
