Introduction to The Rental Map

Introduction

What can you do with the rental map?

With the rental map you explore rents and tenants directly on the map. Here you can, among other things:

  • see tenants and rent levels for properties in an area

  • filter out what is most relevant to you

  • compare rents between different properties and locations

  • export your selection for further analysis

Getting Started

Zoom in on an area or use the filters to find the objects that are most relevant to you. Once you have made your selection, the result is shown in the table, where you can easily go on and take a closer look at each property.

Filtering and working with the table works the same way as in Advanced search. If you would like a closer walkthrough, you'll find it in Introduction to Advanced Search.

Important: The map narrows the result and works as a filter — zoom in or draw a polygon for a specific area.

You can change which demographics are shown by selecting a different property category above Active filters. Here you can also filter out public lease agreements directly.
