What is Advanced Search?
In Advanced Search you filter your search using different layers. Each layer you add narrows the selection, until you have exactly the properties you're looking for. Here you can, among other things:
find comparable properties to one you're working on
search out entire property portfolios
find properties based on different characteristics
export the selection for further work
Which properties are included in Advanced Search differs slightly between markets:
Country | Which properties are included | Determined by |
Sweden | Commercial properties in the 300, 400 and 800 type-code series (rental housing unit, industrial unit, special unit) | The Swedish Tax Agency's type code |
Finland | Properties with an identified owner, land lease holder, or tenant with a company registration number — regardless of property type | Connected party (owner, land lease holder, or tenant) |
Getting Started
Depending on what you're looking for, you can go about it in different ways. The map narrows the result geographically, the filters narrow it by characteristics, and the table shows the result. The matching objects appear in the table, where you can also switch perspective to see which properties, owners and tenants are in your selection.
Filter
There are six filter categories: Property type, The property, Area, Rents, Owner and Tenant. In the box in the top right corner you see which filters are active and how many properties match your search.
Important: The map narrows the result and works as a filter — draw polygons (the symbols to the right of the map) for a specific area.
Table
Once you have made your selections, the table shows the properties that match your search. At the top of the table you switch perspective between Property, Owner and Tenant. This shows you which property owners and tenants, respectively, are in your selection, instead of one row per property.
Tip: In the owner view, the column Matches search is added, showing how many of the owner's properties match your search.
Settings
You choose the number of rows directly above the table — 50, 300 or 1,000.
Click the cog wheel to customise the table further. There you choose which information you want to see and how it should be sorted.
Export
Select the properties in the table to continue working with your selection. You can add the entire selection directly to a board in Pipeline, or export it to Excel or CSV.
When exporting, you choose between three options:
Standard export — common columns for a quick overview (28 fields)
Full export — all available fields for the context (62 fields)
Custom export — choose for yourself which columns to include
