Kliva offers four different search functions, adapted for different types of searches and needs: Property Search, Advanced Search, The Rental Map & Transactions.
The properties you find vary between the search functions — and between markets:

Property Search is Kliva's unified search feature – search for a company, an address or a property designation, or click around directly on the map to find properties, owners, tenants and transactions, all in the same search box. You can also measure distances and areas, or create a virtual property, directly on the map.
If you want to find specific properties, you can use Advanced search. There you can filter across different categories based on what you are looking for.
Do you want to compare rents with similar properties in a particular area? Open the rental map – here you can use filters similar to those in Advanced search to find comparable objects.
Search for registered transactions and corporate transactions by filtering on what is relevant to you.
