What can you do within the Pipeline system?
Within the Pipeline system, you can, among other things:
compile and compare property units
save notes and other information
collaborate with your team or across the entire organisation
continue working with cash flow valuation and climate risk analysis
Getting Started
To get up and running quickly with the Pipeline, you can follow three steps that help you understand the basics. Below you will find an overview, and the linked articles give you a more detailed walkthrough of each part.
1. Create a board
The board is your workspace in the Pipeline. When you create it, you choose where the properties should come from, which module the board should use, and who should have access.
Read more in Create board.
2. Add properties
Once the board is in place, you fill it with properties — from an Excel list, a search, a company structure, or directly from your property management system.
Read more in Add properties.
3. Get an overview
With the properties in place, you can explore your portfolio — compare key figures side by side, see the properties on a map, follow transactions for the properties on the board, and assess climate and environmental risk. Filters let you quickly narrow the view to what you want to focus on, for example a particular list or property type.
