What can you do with property tags?
With property tags you can label properties in Kliva with your own tags — to keep track, filter and visualise your portfolio your way. With tags you can, among other things:
label properties based on your needs
filter properties by a specific tag in the Pipeline
explore your portfolio on a map colour-coded by tags
share tags with your team or the entire company
Getting Started
You create and add tags directly from the property card. A tag can be applied to any number of properties, and a property can have several tags at the same time.
Create a tag
Tags are created from a property card. Go to a property and click Add tag. Select Create new tag and fill in:
Name — what the tag is called, for example "Under renovation" or "Shelter".
Description — an optional explanation of what the tag means.
Colour — choose a colour that makes the tag easy to recognise on the map and in the lists.
Permissions for tags
When you create a tag you choose who can see and use it:
Private — only visible and usable by you.
Team — everyone within a specific team can see and use the tag.
Entire company — everyone in the company can see and use the tag.
Important: The permission is set when the tag is created and determines who can see and use the tag — not who can edit or delete it.
Read more about permissions.
Add a tag to a property
You add tags directly from the property card. Click Add tag and choose from your existing tags, or create a new one right in the same view. You can add multiple tags to the same property.
Use tags in the Pipeline
Filter by tags
In a Pipeline board you can filter properties by tags via Add filter and selecting Property tags. The filter works in all views — Columns, List and Map.
Explore the portfolio on the map
In the map view you can switch the display mode to Property tags to see properties colour-coded by tag. This gives a quick overview of how the portfolio is labelled geographically. You can also adjust the point size to customise the view.
