Introduction to the Property Card

Introduction

What can you find in the property card?

The property card is a distinctive way of visualising a property at property level. It gives you a quick overall picture of what the property involves — click through the headings to go deeper into everything from ownership and energy declarations to rent information, market data and risks.

In the property card you will find, among other things:

  • Economy — financial information connected to the property, such as market data and tax assessment

  • Rents — summaries, calculations and analyses

  • Risk & Environment — social, environmental and climate-related risks, along with energy declarations & environmental certifications

  • Urban Development — detailed plans, building permits, civil defence shelters and the electricity grid

  • Cash flow valuation - calculate the value of the property based on future cash flows and get a picture of its long-term financial value

  • The valuation tool - estimate the value of the property with the support of collected data and relevant key figures

Getting started

Every property has its own property card. Search for the property you want to know more about to see all the information available. Once you are in the property card, you can simply click between the categories to find what you are looking for.

Reports

In the top right-hand corner of the property card you will find Reports. Here you can retrieve documentation about the property — some is included, and some can be ordered.

FDS extracts

Download an FDS extract directly from the property card. Your subscription includes 10 extracts per month. The extract is populated from data and sent to your email as a PDF — the information is also filled into the property card automatically.

Read more about FDS extracts.

Property report

A free Word document with information about the property that you can download. The document is fully customisable — add your own logo, image and whatever content you want to include.

Environmental, Social & Climate Risk Assessment and Bank Valuation Report

Two in-depth reports that you can order for SEK 1,100.
The report can be retrieved again for 12 months from the date of purchase. If new information or updated data becomes available during that period, you can download an updated version at no extra cost.

Example reports are available to download so that you can see the content before you order.
