To be able to share a board with a team, a Team first has to exist. You create one by going into the settings (bottom left corner). From there, click through to: Settings > Teams > Create team.

Do you want to share a private board with your team? Open the board's Settings, go to Permission and change the access from Private to Team. Then choose which team should have access to the board.
